The SPIRIT of Santa Paula is a 501(c)(3) organization formed in 2002 to promote the National Day of Prayer in the Judeo-Christian Tradition and to serve the community by doing things that promote the greater good.

We see community as a family with its various personalities, strengths and weaknesses, all under the care and protection of God. We are called to serve the least, the little and lost. We are also called to encourage the capable and equipped, and to pray for those in authority including our pastors, elected officials and all public safety personnel.

We make room for everyone and welcome them to work along side us no matter their faith or beliefs.  Every project we undertake involves people who share our commitment to the greater good. Our organization is small and we are Christians who believe that through Christ, all things are possible. We pray about all things under heaven and earth.

Our work is about the things Christ knew personally then and continues to unfold before us today. We know Him by faith as the Baby of  Bethlehem, the Great Teacher, Servant of Man, and the Savior whose death on the cross at Calvary made people such as us to be fit for heaven.
